✨ Mountain Retreat | Sleeps 9 | Fireplace, Pool + Patio Views ✨

Positive: The condo is clean and the supplies (coffee, drinks, cooking utensils, etc.) are sufficient. Negative: The master bedroom washroom shower is not hot and the water is very slow. One of our family get cold and 8 of us have to use one washroom. After calling the owner, she suggested us to use the fitness room shower. We asked for a refund and the reply is not something they can control. The check-in instructions is not so clear (the password doesn't work). The tenant Manuel is not in the house, even they mentioned it is there.

Property is beautiful and accommodated our group of 8 very well for space. All the furniture was very comfortable. Accessibility was initially a challenge, but it was resolved promptly. We had issues with the wi-fi initially but had it resolved once discovered it was a telus issue. Hot water for both dishes and showers was not available, water might be described as warm at best. Also discovered on departure there was a leak in the shared bathroom vanity. There was a dish place by maintenance or owner to catch, but as it wasn't discovered until we were preparing for departure, there were a few personal items that were soaked through. With the surrounding construction, extra parking in the visitor designation was not available for the later arrival.
